Return and refund policy:

 We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to request a return, please contact us at Liapsbeauty26@gmail.com. with 30 days of delivery.

 Return Eligibility:

 To be eligible for return, items be; unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return. For healthy and hygiene reasons. [opened or used beauty and personal care products] cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The following items are not eligible for return:

 -opened or used product.

-Final-sale or clearance items.

 Gifts cards.

How to request a return:

Contact support at Liapsbeauty26@gmail.com. with your order number, the item you want to return , and the reason for return. please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return Shipping:

LIAPS BEAUTY  provides a return label for eligible returns.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you whether the refund is approved.   Approved refund are issued to the original payment method within [5-10 business days].  your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect orders:

Contact us at Liapsbeauty26@gmail.com 3 days of delivery and include photos of the product  and packaging. We'll review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. Please return  the original item and place a new order. 

Order Cancellation; 

 Contact us at Liapsbeauty26@gmail.com  as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can't guarantee cancellation  after an order has been processed or shipped. 

International orders:

Customers may be responsible for return shipping , customs charges, duties, or taxes unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
